Reservations

Please note that different terms, conditions, and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via the hotel website may apply depending on the room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking. We advise you to check through the rate details before making your online reservation.

Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking. No charge will be made to your credit card at the time of booking (*excluding prepaid offers). Reservations cancelled outside of cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one night’s stay which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Prepaid / advance purchase offers require the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group bookings are subject to different terms, conditions and cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements for each individual group with the hotel.

Your booking details will be specified in the confirmation email / letter provided. Should you wish to amend any booking details for your upcoming stay, please contact the reservations department of the hotel immediately to request assistance with your booking.  Booking amendments on the day of arrival are subject to availability.

All rates are subject to availability. Room rates are based on the number of Adults and Children in the room along with the children's ages.

Any child under 12 years of age stays for free. Some offers may require ID to be presented upon arrival to avail of discount. Failure to provide ID on arrival may result in changes to the original rate booked.

Please ensure you have selected the correct number of Adults and Children for all guests travelling and the correct ages for Children when making your booking.

Rates fluctuate depending on availability.

All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to a minimum night’s stay. Certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements.

Pre-paid and Advance Purchase reservations require full pre-payment at the time of booking. These Reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT.

Some offers may require ID to be presented upon arrival to avail of discount. Failure to provide ID on arrival may result in changes to the original rate booked.

Annebrook House Hotel reserves the right to amend charges of products and services being supplied to the client, in the event that governmental alteration such as VAT or unforeseen supplier increases due to market demand and or lack of supply of products required..

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so more than 48 hours prior to your arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the equivalent to one night’s stay of accommodation.

Provisional bookings (those without Credit Cards) are held for 24 Hours.

Prepaid / advance purchase offers do not allow for cancellation at any time after booking and require the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking. This prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group bookings will have their cancellation policy specified within their group contract.

Payments

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.

For prepaid offers the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cash payments are welcome at the hotel.  All bookings require a Security Deposit to be paid on arrival in addition to full payment of your accommodation costs.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in requests are subject to availability on the day of arrival.

Check out: by 11am on the day of departure (late check-outs will incur additional charges on departure).

Persons under the age of 18 years will not be allowed to check-in if unaccompanied by a parent / guardian.

Non-Arrival Policy

In the event of a guest’s non-arrival (no-show), the first night’s accommodation charge will be applied to the credit card that was used to guarantee the booking or billed backed to the company where credit facilities are established.

Hotel Terms

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation, regardless of whether a confirmation email has been received by you due to any overbooking, pricing or hotel system error.

Guests are asked not to bring hazardous or illegal items into our hotels, however, when they are found left in a bedroom following your stay, a €100 fee will be charged to the lead bookers card so that they can be appropriately and safely disposed of.

No Pets are allowed without prior permission and agreement to the Hotel’s Pet Policy.

We advise our guests to pre-book all Dinner at reservation stage and prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.

The Hotel will not be responsible for loss of valuables.

Children must be supervised at all times. Please keep noise to a minimum in sleep zones - any disturbances will result in a charge.

No Smoking Policy

The hotel operates a no smoking policy throughout the hotel, with smoking permitted only in designated smoking areas on the grounds of the hotel.

All bedrooms and public areas at the Annebrook House Hotel are non-smoking.

The hotel respectfully requests that guests do not smoke in the rooms and public areas and instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking area.

Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in a hotel bedroom will be subject to a deep-cleaning fee of €200. This amount will be charged to the credit card details provided at the time off booking.

Misconduct and damage to hotel property

In the event of guest’s behaviour being unacceptable to the Hotel, the Management reserves the right to insist on the offending individual(s) immediate departure from the hotel.

Furthermore, the guest undertakes to pay all reasonable costs incurred in making good any breakages or damage to the Hotel directly or indirectly from the behaviour or conduct of the guest or the guest’s visitors.

We reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card in case of damages.

Please be informed that guests are not allowed to have any non-registered guests in their bedrooms at any time during their stay.
