Hey Tia,
congrats on being nominated for an award its very much deserved. I've filled in the review as requested. I just wanted to say thanks to you and the other staff for the wonderful day we had.
We had a perfect day at the Annebrook- wouldn't change a thing.
Even before the day itself it was so pleasant dealing with yourself and others in the hotel. Nothing was too much hassle, it was all very relaxed and stress free plus u gave very good helpful tips and ideas. The menu tasting was another lovely evening and the food was delicious. Here we met Jeff for the first time and again that calm relaxed atmosphere continued.
As the menu tasting was so good we were concerned that it would be difficult to produce such high quality food on a bigger scale. But we needn't have worried, the food on the day was gorgeous and presented as in a restaurant with the guests commenting on the taste and the slightly unusual menu- rack of lamb and seabass.
On the day itself myself and David were extremely well looked after. Any time I left my glass down Jeff was refilling it! Throughout the day he checked in with us to ensure everything was ok but this was unobtrusive and subtly done. Not only were myself and David looked after but the guests also commented on Jeffs attentiveness and my flower girls and page boys loved the bottles of seven up and straws!!
Later on in the night the bar staff worked hard and kept all our guests watered while being polite, professional and friendly the whole time.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the politeness/ friendliness of the staff and we were not disappointed.
Thanks again to u Tia, to Jeff and the rest of the staff- we had a perfect day and I doubt it would have been as successful elsewhere.

Tripadvisor Reviewed February 13, 2012I got married in the Annebrook in November last year, and I was more then impressed, right from the second i arrived, the staff, the layout, all the extra little touches that they do for you etc.
Anything that you ask to be done was sorted straight away and you never felt that you were putting some one out and they were more then happy to help! Its very easy for any venue to take your money and give great impressions before your day and drop the service level as soon as you arrive, but this wasnt the case with the Annebrooke. All the added little stresses that pop up on the day that you never think about , they are all taken care of.
One person i would like to mention is Jeff that works there, an absaloute gentlemen, and is a credit to the hotel, his proffesionalism and manner is second to none! He made sure EVERYTHING went smoothly for us, and anybody that is getting married in the hotel you will be in EXCELLENT hands with Jeff, and i cant thank him enough for everything he done for us on our day!
So anyone thinking of getting married in the Annebrook, i would 100% recommend it!

We had a perfect wedding day and it was all down to the Annebrook Hotel. The venue was beautiful. It was immaculate and there was accommodation to suit everyone even my disabled granny. The food was fantastic.
All our guests were catered for including children, babies and fussy eaters. The meal was delicious and everyone enjoyed their food immensely and thought it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. Even the breakfast the next day was great! My guests that spent a few days at the Hotel all raved about the breakfasts! All the staff were brilliant. They were professional, personal, kind and very courteous. Nothing was too much for them. I felt as the Bride totally looked after all day pandered to in every way.
The whole event planning was great. The staff think of everything and make the whole pressure of planning the big day easy and are a pleasure to deal with. I cannot fault the Annebrook. I will definitely be using the hotel for any other function I have and I will recommend it to everyone for all their parties, Weddings etc.

I just wanted to thank all the staff of the Annebrook. Myself and Sean had a great weekend, everything went very well, we found the atmosphere very relaxing & most enjoyable.
The staff I met were very efficient & easy to talk to and nothing was ever a hassle. I especially want to mention Jodie, Victor & Carmel.
The guests that stayed over found the hotel very comfortable & they are really pleased with the food, esepcially breakfast the next morning!

Myself and Damien would just like to thank yourself, John, Bertie and of course all your team on the day, catering, bar and front of house staff, that worked so hard to help make our day so special, back in August. We had such an amazing day, and only wish we could rewind and do it all again!
Your care and attention to detail, in helping us plan the wedding reception and on the day was flawless, nothing was left to chance and we felt relaxed knowing our reception was in the hands of the Annebrook and its staff.
The hotel and function room looked fabulous, and guests are still raving about the excellent standard of food and accomadation they received during their stay.
Having been to a few weddings this year ourselves, the personal touches here and there make the Annebrooke in my opinion unique, did not go un-noticed were very much appreciated, I will have no hesitation in recommending The Annebrook to family and friend in the future, whatever their occasion!
